Why this exists

Good coastal hospitality is a system, not a theme.

Coastal Standard Studio was created around a simple point of view: guests do not need more anchor graphics or longer rule lists. They need the right information, in the right order, expressed with care.

The studio is an adjacent project from the founder of Tern & Co., a still cocktail company in development for an initial Maine launch. This toolkit is a complete digital hospitality product in its own right. Buying the toolkit does not purchase or reserve alcohol and does not provide any ownership, revenue share, or financial return in Tern & Co.

What do I receive?

The self-serve bundle includes an editable 30-page Word welcome book, a 14-message Word library, an 18-sign PowerPoint suite, an Excel source-of-truth and operating workbook, print-reference PDFs, setup and verification guidance, and a completed fictional Harbor House example.

Does it include local recommendations?

It includes a strong structure for recommendations, but no invented local listings. You know your property and area best. Addresses, safety information, rules, accessibility notes, tides, ferry schedules, and emergency details must be verified by the property owner.

Can I use it for client properties?

Single Stay covers one named property you own or directly operate. Small Portfolio covers up to five named properties directly operated by the same purchaser and includes a portfolio index. It does not add custom branding or extra cover systems. Neither license permits resale, redistribution, or use as a template service for unrelated third-party clients.

What is Custom Setup?

You provide complete, verified information for one property. We populate the source files, adapt the copy, select and populate the applicable signs, deliver a first proof and open-items log, and complete one consolidated revision round. Logo or identity work is not included unless separately scoped. Custom Setup is not local research, legal review, regulatory review, or a safety inspection.

How will the files be delivered?

Checkout and fulfillment are not live in this private preview. When launched, a successful self-serve order will receive the applicable versioned ZIP with the editable Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files; print-reference PDFs; the license summary; and the verification materials. Custom Setup scheduling begins only after complete intake and written scope confirmation.

Is this a Tern & Co. alcohol preorder or investment?

No. This is a digital hospitality product from an adjacent founder-led studio. No alcohol is sold, included, reserved, discounted, or promised, and it is not a beverage preorder. What is the refund policy?

Checkout is not live. The final reviewed refund and support policy will be shown before any purchase. The working draft allows a refund within 14 days for an un-downloaded self-serve product; Custom Setup becomes nonrefundable after written scope confirmation and customized work begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
